AH 2340 Withdrawal sleeves for 190mm shaft
Withdrawal (AH) sleeves are used when mounting tapered bore bearings on cylindrical shafts. In this case, shaft tolerances are larger than in case of bearings seated directly on the shaft. The tolerance classes recommended for shafts are h9 and h10. Form and position deviations will be in accordance with tolerance classes IT5/2 and IT7/2. Withdrawal sleeves are manufactured according to standard ISO 2982-1.
For large-sized bearings,The withdrawal sleeves are provided with lubrication grooves, so that hydraulic systems can be used when mounting and dismounting.
Product data of Withdrawal sleeves
Dimension standards:ISO 2982-1
Tolerances Bore diameter: JS9
Width: h13
External taper 1:12 as standard
Bore diameter ≥ 190 mm (size ≥ 40):metric trapezoidal thread in accordance with ISO 2903
Total radial run-out: IT5/2 – ISO 1101
Withdrawal sleeves adjust to the shaft diameter so that wider diameter tolerances can be permitted compared to the seat of a bearing with a cylindrical bore. However, the geometrical tolerances must be kept within narrow limits as they directly affect the shaft positioning and vibration.
