Ball bearing series

A ball bearing is a type of rolling-element bearing that uses balls to maintain the separation between the bearing races.

Deep groove ball bearings

The most representative rolling bearing, which is used in a wide range of applications

It can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads

It is suitable for high-speed rotation and occasions that require low noise and vibration

Sealed bearings with steel shields or rubber seals are pre-filled with the right amount of grease

Bearings with snap rings or flanges on the outer ring are easy to position axially and for easy mounting in the housing

The maximum load bearing has the same dimensions as the standard bearing, but there is a filling groove in the inner and outer rings, which increases the number of balls and increases the load rating

The main applicable cages: steel plate stamping cages (corrugated, crowned...) Uniseriate; S-shaped... Double-column)

Copper alloy or phenolic resin cut cages, synthetic resin forming cages

Main uses: Automotive: rear wheels, transmissions, electrical components

Electrical: general motors, household appliances

Others: Instruments, internal combustion engines, construction machinery, railway vehicles, loading and unloading machinery, agricultural machinery, various industrial machinery

Angular contact ball bearings

There is a contact angle between the ferrule and the ball, and the standard contact angles are 15°, 30° and 40°

The greater the contact angle, the greater the axial load capacity

The smaller the contact angle, the more favorable it is for high-speed rotation

Single row bearings can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads

DB combinations, DF combinations and double row bearings can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads

The DT combination is suitable for occasions where the unidirectional axial load is large and the rated load of a single bearing is insufficient

ACH type bearings for high-speed use have a small ball diameter and a large number of balls, and are mostly used in machine tool spindles

Angular contact ball bearings are suitable for high-speed and high-precision rotation

Structurally, two single-row angular contact ball bearings with a backside combination share the inner and outer rings, and can bear radial loads and bidirectional axial loads

Bearings without slots are also available in sealed versions

Main applicable cages: steel plate stamping cages (bowl-shaped... Uniseriate; S-shaped, crown-shaped... Double-column)

Copper alloy or phenolic resin cut cages, synthetic resin forming cages

Main uses: single row: machine tool spindle, high-frequency motor, gas turbine, centrifugal separator, small car front wheel, differential pinion shaft

Double row: oil pump, roots blower, air compressor, various transmissions, fuel injection pumps, printing machinery

Four-point contact ball bearings

It can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads

A single bearing can be used in place of a frontal or rear-side angular contact ball bearing

It is suitable for bearing pure axial load or synthetic load with large axial load components

These bearings are subjected to axial loads in any direction to form one of the contact angles (α), so that the ring and the ball are always in contact with each other on either contact line

The main applicable cage: copper alloy cut cage

Main uses: aircraft jet engines, gas turbines

Self-aligning ball bearings

Since the raceway surface of the outer ring is spherical and has self-aligning properties, it is possible to automatically adjust the axis misalignment caused by deflection or misalignment of the shaft or housing

Tapered bore bearings can be easily mounted on the shaft by using fasteners
