Combined needle roller bearings
The combined needle roller bearing is a bearing unit composed of radial needle roller bearing and thrust bearing or angular contact ball bearing components, which is compact in structure, small in size, high in rotation accuracy, and can bear a certain axial load while bearing a high radial load. And the product structure is diverse, adaptable and easy to install.
It is widely used in machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery.
Combined needle roller bearings are used in the matching shaft designed as a bearing raceway, which has certain requirements for the hardness of the bearing; Or with the company's special IR standard inner ring for sleeve treatment, there is no requirement for shaft hardness, and its structure will be more compact.
It is widely used in various mechanical equipment such as machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery, and can make the mechanical system design more compact and flexible.
Structural form
This type of bearing has a radial needle roller and a thrust full ball, or a thrust ball, or a thrust cylindrical roller, or an angular contact ball as a whole, and can bear unidirectional or bidirectional axial loads. It can also be designed according to the special structural requirements of users.
Product accuracy
Dimensional tolerance and geometric accuracy according to JB/T8877.
The diameter of the needle roller is 2μm, and the accuracy level is G2 (national standard GB309).
The diameter of the inscribed circle before assembly of bearings without inner ring meets the tolerance class F6.
The radial clearance of the bearing conforms to the specified value of group 0 of GB/T4604.
The special accuracy level is GB/T307.1.

material
The needle roller material is GCr15 bearing steel, hardened HRC60-65.
The inner and outer rings are made of GCr15 bearing steel and hardened HRC61-65.
The cage material is high-quality mild steel or reinforced nylon.
Special instructions
The axial load of NKIA and NKIB series bearings shall not exceed 25% of the radial load.
Bearings for alternating axial loads must be installed opposite.
Thrust bearing components must be preloaded up to 1% of the axial basic static load rating.
When using a plastic cage (suffix TN), the operating temperature must not exceed +120°C for continuous operation.
Thrust bearing components should move freely in the housing.
The general configuration design of the bearing is recommended in the rolling bearing application technology.
