Common cylindrical roller bearing types are different
The cylindrical rollers and raceways are linear contact bearings. The load capacity is large, and it mainly bears radial loads. The friction between the rolling element and the ring flange is small, and it is suitable for high-speed rotation.
"Cylindrical roller bearing model specifications" is a problem that many customers will encounter when choosing bearings. There are many types and specifications of cylindrical roller bearings, and cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single row bearings, as well as NNU and NN double row bearings.
Cylindrical roller bearings with no flanges in the inner or outer rings can be moved axially and can be used as free-end bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings with double flanges on one side of the inner and outer rings and a single flange on the other side of the ferrule can withstand a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally, steel plate stamping cages are used, or copper alloy turned solid cages. However, some cages are formed using polyamide.
The figure below shows a common cylindrical roller bearing structure with cage.
Models as well as differences
The N-type outer ring has no edge and can be freely detached from both sides
NU type The inner ring has no edge and can be freely detached from both sides
The NF type has a single edge on the outer ring, which can only be freely detached from one side
The NJ type inner ring has a single gear edge, which can only be freely detached from one side
NUP type The inner ring has a single gear edge, which can be freely detached from the - side, but the inner ring has one gear edge
There is a gear ring on the side, which can be removed
Cylindrical roller bearings are also available in double-row NN-shaped, NNU-shaped and four-row cylindrical roller bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings generally use steel plate stamping cages, larger sizes or used for high-speed rotation use brass turning cages, double or four row cylindrical roller bearings use bolt cages to prolong bearing service life. It is widely used in reducers, pulley blocks, printing machinery and other occasions
