Components and types of slewing bearings

The single-row four-point contact ball slewing bearing is composed of two housing rings, which are compact in structure, light in weight, and the steel ball is in contact with the arc raceway at four points, which can withstand axial force, radial force and tipping moment at the same time. Construction machinery such as rotary conveyors, welding manipulators, small and medium-sized cranes and excavators can be selected.

 

Double-row reducer ball slewing bearings

The double-row ball type slewing bearing has three housing rings, and the steel balls and isolation blocks can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceways, and the upper and lower rows of steel balls with different diameters are arranged according to the stress conditions. This kind of open assembly is very convenient, and the bearing angle of the upper and lower arc raceways is 90°, which can withstand large axial forces and tipping moments. When the radial force is greater than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway must be specially designed. The axial and radial dimensions of double-row reducing ball slewing rings are relatively large, and the structure is tight. It is especially suitable for tower cranes, truck cranes and other loading and unloading machinery that require medium or higher diameters.

 

Single-row crossed roller slewing bearings

Single-row crossed roller slewing bearing, composed of two seat rings, compact structure, light weight, high manufacturing precision, small assembly clearance, high requirements for installation accuracy, rollers are 1:1 cross arrangement, can bear axial force, tipping moment and large radial force at the same time, is widely used in lifting and transportation, construction machinery and military products.

 

Three-row roller slewing bearing

Three-row roller slewing bearings have three housing rings with separate upper and lower and radial raceways, so that the load on each row of rollers can be precisely determined. It can bear various loads at the same time, is the largest carrying capacity among the four products, the shaft and radial dimensions are larger, the structure is firm, especially suitable for heavy machinery requiring larger diameters, such as bucket wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, marine cranes, harbor cranes, molten steel running tables and large-tonnage truck cranes and other machinery.

 

Light series slewing bearings

The lightweight slewing bearing has the same structural form as the ordinary slewing bearing, with light weight and flexible rotation. It is widely used in food machinery, filling machinery, environmental protection machinery and other fields.
