Flat bearings

Flat bearings consist of a flat cage assembly with needle rollers or cylindrical rollers and a flat washer. The needle rollers and cylindrical rollers are held and guided by a flat cage. When used with different series of DF flat bearing washers, many different combinations are available for bearing configurations. Thanks to the increased contact length of high-precision cylindrical rollers (needle rollers), the bearing achieves high load capacity and stiffness in a small space. Another advantage is that if the surface of the adjacent parts is suitable for the raceway surface, the washer can be omitted, which can make the design compact, and the cylindrical surface of the needle roller and cylindrical roller roller used in DF plane needle roller bearings and planar cylindrical roller bearings is the modified surface, which can reduce edge stress and improve service life.

Flat needle roller and cage assemblies are the main components of flat needle roller bearings. The needle roller is held and guided by a pouch arranged in a radial pattern. The cage profile has a specific shape and is formed with hardened steel strip. The small-sized cages are made of industrial plastics.

 

The high-precision needle roller diameter grouping tolerance is 0.002mm to ensure uniform load distribution. Flat needle rollers and cage assemblies are shaft-guided. In this way, a relatively low circumferential velocity can be obtained by guiding the surface even at high speeds.

 

If the adjacent parts are designed with raceway surfaces to eliminate the need for gaskets, a particularly space-saving support is obtained. If this is not possible, the use of thin-walled steel AS washers can also make the design compact, provided that sufficient support is available.

 

Planar cylindrical roller bearings 811, 812, 893, 874, 894

The bearing consists of a planar cylindrical roller and cage assembly, a housing locating ring GS and a shaft locating WS. The 893, 874 and 894 series planar cylindrical roller bearings are available for higher loads.

 

The cage of the planar cylindrical roller bearing can be stamped from high-quality steel plate, or made of industrial plastics, light metals and brass, etc., and the user can put forward the requirements according to the use environment.
