Full-ceramic bearing series products

Ceramic bearings, rings, rolling elements are made of all-ceramic materials, including zirconia (ZrO2), silicon nitride (SI3N4) and silicon carbide (SIC). The retainer adopts PTFE, PEEK, UPE, PVDF, PA66, SUS304, SUS316 and ceramic cage materials. High Temperature Bearings:

 

The material itself has a high temperature resistance of 1200°C, and self-lubrication is good, and the operating temperature is between 100°-800° without expansion caused by temperature difference. It can be used in high-temperature equipment such as plastic making and steel making;

 

Corrosion-resistant bearings:

 

The material itself has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, and can be used in strong acids, strong alkalis, inorganic, organic salts, seawater and other fields, such as: semiconductor equipment, LCD equipment, food machinery and equipment, electroplating equipment, chemical equipment, textile machinery, medical machinery, shipbuilding, etc.

 

Anti-magnetic bearings:

 

Because it is non-magnetic and does not absorb dust, it can reduce the premature peeling of the bearing, high noise, etc. Can be used in demagnetization equipment. precision instruments and other fields.

 

Electrically insulated bearings:

 

Due to the high resistance force, the bearing can avoid arc damage and can be used in various power equipment that requires insulation.

 

Vacuum bearings:

 

Due to the unique oil-free self-lubricating characteristics of ceramic materials, they can be used in ultra-high vacuum environments, which can overcome the problem that ordinary bearings cannot be lubricated.
