Plastic bearing series products
Plastic bearings include: precision engineering plastic bearings, corrosion-resistant plastic bearings, acid-alkali resistant plastic bearings, high-temperature resistant plastic bearings, engineering plastic spherical bearings and bearing seats.
The materials of precision engineering plastic bearings are generally POM (polyoxymethylene) and PEEK (polyetheretherketone) for inner and outer ring materials, glass balls, stainless steel balls and ceramic balls for rolling elements, and glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (PA66) and PEEK (polyetheretherketone) for cages. POM and PEEK materials are suitable for precision machining, and the precision and tolerance of the processed plastic bearings are higher than those of traditional plastic bearings, and can be applied to precision and high-speed operating conditions.
Acid and alkali resistant plastic bearings have a variety of material solutions for different application conditions, the application materials are HDPE, PP, UPE, (PE-UHMW), even in the most severe acid, alkali, salt, solvent, oil, gas, seawater erosion can still run freely, to ensure ideal durability and life expectancy.
Corrosion-resistant plastic bearings use PTFE (polytetrafoethylene) and PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) materials in strong acid and alkali environments, of which PTFE materials can be used in all concentrated acid and alkali occasions, including HF and fuming sulfuric acid nitrate more than 98%.
The high-temperature resistant plastic bearings are made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and PI (polyetherimide), which are proved to be ideal materials for making high-temperature plastic bearings, of which PI materials can be used in the environment of long-term temperature 300 °CC, and the short-term temperature resistance can reach up to 350 °C.
The main types of plastic bearings are: deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, angular contact bearings, thrust ball bearings, outer spherical bearings, sliding bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered stick bearings, and bearing seats. According to customer requirements, various types of non-standard bearings and special structure bearings can be produced.
