Roller bearings series

The cylindrical rollers are in linear contact with the raceway, and the radial load capacity is large, which is suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads, and is also suitable for high-speed rotation N type and NU type can move axially, can adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and are most suitable for use as free end bearings, NJ type and NF type can bear a certain degree of unidirectional axial load, NH type and NUP type can bear a certain degree of bidirectional axial load, the inner ring or outer ring can be separated, and it is convenient to assemble and disassemble NNU type and NN type have strong rigidity against radial load, mostly used for machine tool spindles
The main applicable cages: steel plate stamping cage (Z-shaped), copper alloy cut cage, pin cage, synthetic resin forming cage
Main uses: medium-sized and large-scale motors, generators, internal combustion engines, gas turbines, machine tool spindles, reducer devices, loading and unloading machinery, and various industrial machinery
The basic structure of the bearing with inner ring is the same as that of the NU type cylindrical roller bearing, but due to the use of needle rollers, the volume can be reduced, and it can withstand large radial loads
The main applicable cage: steel plate stamping cage
Main uses: automobile engines, transmissions, pumps, excavator track wheels, hoists, overhead cranes, compressors
These bearings are fitted with round table rollers, which are guided by a large flange in the inner ring
The design is such that the vertices of the inner ring raceway surface, the outer ring raceway surface and the tapered surface of the roller rolling surface intersect at a point on the bearing centerline
Single-row bearings can withstand radial and unidirectional axial loads, and double-row bearings can withstand radial and bidirectional axial loads

Bearings with the rear auxiliary code "J" or "JR" are internationally interchangeable

This type of bearing is equipped with spherical rollers between the outer ring of the spherical raceway and the inner ring of the double raceway, and is divided into four types: R, RH, RH and SR according to the different internal structures
Since the arc center of the outer ring raceway is the same as the center of the bearing, it has self-aligning performance, so the shaft misalignment caused by deflection or misalignment of the shaft or housing can be automatically adjusted

Tapered bore bearings can be mounted and removed on the shaft by using fasteners or withdrawal sleeves
There are two types of tapered holes (taper):
1:30 (Auxiliary Code: K30) ...... Suitable for 240 and 241 series
1:12 (Auxiliary Code: K) ......... Suitable for other series
The outer ring can be set up with oil hole, oil groove and positioning pin hole (one). Oil holes and oil grooves can also be set up on the inner ring
