Maintenance of cam bearings:
1. The newly put into use lobe rotor pump generally needs to be replaced with grease (oil) after 100 hours of operation, and then replaced once every 500 hours of operation.
2. After 1500 hours of operation, the grease should be replaced, and the amount of oil should not be too much or too little, because too much or too little grease will cause the bearing to heat up, and the amount of oil should generally be controlled at
2/1----2/3 of the volume of the bearing chamber.
3. For bearings lubricated with lubricating oil, the amount of oil should be added to the specified position.
4. The container containing lubricating oil or grease should be clean and sealed at ordinary times, and there should be no dust, iron filings and other sundries, so as not to damage the bearing.
5.The motor bearing is made of nano grease, which is characterized by high temperature resistance (125 °C), but is easily soluble in water, so it cannot be used for the lubrication of water pump bearings.
