Eccentric collar lock

This type of lock consists of an eccentric diameter formed on the extended inner ring of the bearing which engages a similarly formed eccentric diameter in the bore of a separate collar. Locking is achieved by turning the collar in the direction of shaft rotation until the eccentric diameters of both collar and inner ring are fully engaged. The collar is provided with a blind hole to facilitate tightening when locking the bearing to the shaft.

The insert bearings SA207-20 are single deep groove ball bearings which have an inner ring that is extended on one or both sides. And this type bearings are basically sealed deep groove ball bearings with a convex sphered outer surface. The insert bearings are mounted in appropriate housings to form bearing units. The various bearing series differ in the way the bearing is located onto the shaft. These bearings are suitable for applications where insert bearings are exposed to heavy dust and water contamnation.

The SA series insert bearings are single row ball bearing, with spherical outer ring ,parallel bore and eccentric locking collar.

The SA207-20 insert bearing has several features: a wide inner-ring, steel retainer, anti-rotation device, and an inner ring and outer ring made from bearing grade steel to produce a high-quality and long-lasting bearing.
